Toyfiq is an insulin dependent diabetic and is mentally challenged. He lives with his brother and mother. Mother is also sickly. Brother is unable to work due to a fall at work. He works as a casual labourer but does light work due to injury on his hand. Brother does cooking and takes care of elderly mother and brother.
